3. Review Your Proof
Within 1–2 business days after we receive your design, we’ll send you a digital proof showing how your wax seal will look.

4. We Craft Your Seals
Once your proof is approved, we’ll begin production. Each seal is handcrafted and inspected before shipping.

Q: How many revisions do I get?
A: Unlimited. You'll receive a digital proof, and you can request changes until the design is exactly what you envisioned. We won't start production until you approve the final proof. Take your time at this stage — it's free, and it's the only time changes are easy.

Q: Can I see a sample before ordering a large quantity?
A: We recommend ordering 50 seals as your first run. You'll see the metallic finish, adhesive quality, and design execution in person. If everything looks perfect — and we're confident it will — reordering is simple. We keep your approved design on file.

Q: How long does the whole process take?
A: Design proof: 1–2 business days. Production after approval: 2–3 business days. Shipping: 7–9 business days. Total :  crafted for you in 2–3 weeks — worth the wait. If you're working toward a wedding or event, order at least 3 weeks ahead — plenty of time for a relaxed, unhurried experience.

Q: Who owns the design after my order?

Q: Can I order multiple designs in one order?
A: Each order covers one design. If you need multiple different designs — say, a monogram for invitations and a different logo for thank-you notes — place separate orders. We'll keep both on file for easy reordering.
