Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to SLVARA. "You" and "your" refer to the user or customer accessing the Site or purchasing our products.

1. General Conditions

  • By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Custom products — including personalized wax seal stamps and custom wax seals — are made to your specifications. By approving a design proof, you accept responsibility for the final design. SLVARA is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer. Full details are available on our Payment Method page.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Information policy.
  • Processing and transit times are estimates and may vary. SLVARA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in resellable condition.
  • Custom products are final sale except for manufacturing defects or errors that deviate from the approved design proof.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, brand name, and packaging — is the intellectual property of SLVARA and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • The brand name SLVARA is a proprietary trademark. Unauthorized use of the name, logo, product images, or written content is prohibited.
  • For custom products: the design you submit remains your intellectual property. By submitting a design, you grant SLVARA a limited, non-exclusive license to produce your order. We will not reproduce, display, or resell your custom design without your explicit permission.
  • You represent that any design, image, or artwork you submit for custom products does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your shipping address with the carrier).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SLVARA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

  • Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

  • Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hebei Province, China.
