Shipping Policy
From Our Studio to Your Doorstep
Every SLVARA order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with tracking from our studio in Xingtai, Hebei Province, China.
We currently ship to the 21 countries listed below. Transit estimates vary by destination. All supported countries have the same $50 USD free-shipping threshold.
📦 Processing Time

Processing time is the period between your order being confirmed and your package being handed over to the carrier.
For custom products, including personalized wax seal stamps, custom stamp heads, pre-made wax seals, and NFC wax seals, production begins after your final design proof has been approved.
For Custom Orders
Our usual process is:
Place Order → Submit Design → Receive Digital Proof → Approve Design → Production → Shipping
Your first digital proof is usually provided within 1–2 business days.
Unlimited design revisions are included at no additional cost. Production begins only after you approve the final design.

These estimates apply to both standard and free shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Transit begins after the package is handed to the carrier; proof preparation, revisions and production are additional.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, severe weather, holiday peaks and local delivery conditions may cause delays.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders of $50 USD or more to all 21 supported countries. Standard shipping is $9.99 USD when free shipping is not available. Select Free Shipping at checkout when eligible; final charges are confirmed there.
Thresholds are stated in USD. Discounts may affect eligibility. Availability and final shipping charges depend on the delivery address and the options shown at checkout. There are no additional handling charges added by SLVARA after checkout.
Countries Not Listed
Standard checkout shipping is currently available only to the 21 countries above. If your country is not listed, contact service@slvara.com before ordering to ask whether an arrangement is possible. Availability is not guaranteed.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, duties, or other charges depending on the destination country's regulations.
Where our shipping service includes customs clearance or applicable charges are collected in advance, no additional action will be required from you.
However, customs regulations can vary by destination and may change over time. If any destination-specific import charges apply that are not included at checkout, they may be assessed by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

📬 Order Tracking
Every SLVARA shipment includes tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
You can use the tracking link at any time to check the latest delivery status.
📦 Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both custom and non-custom products, we will normally ship the entire order together once all items are ready.
This helps reduce unnecessary packaging and keeps your order together during transit.
Because of this, the order will follow the processing timeline of the item that takes the longest to prepare.
Estimated Total Timeline for Custom Orders
Digital proof: usually 1–2 business days.
Production: usually 2–3 business days after final design approval.
Transit: 4–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination in the table above.
Add proof preparation, any revision time, production and the applicable transit estimate when planning your order. Production begins only after final approval.
Weddings, Events & Delivery Questions
We recommend ordering at least 4–5 weeks before your event or mailing date, allowing time for revisions, production and possible carrier delays. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can review the destination and schedule with you.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package is significantly overdue, email service@slvara.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
